To use mm33's services, you must create a personal, non-transferable account. Registration is free and requires the following information:
Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date at all times. False or outdated information may result in account suspension or closure, with balances held until any verification process is completed.
Mm33 reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, especially before processing withdrawals. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your CPF, RG or CNH, and a current proof of address.
Single account: Each member may hold only one account at mm33. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts linked to the same CPF, email address, or device.
Mm33 exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods. Deposits and withdrawals in foreign currencies are not accepted. All amounts are processed in Brazilian reais (BRL, symbol R$).
Accepted deposit methods:
The minimum deposit at mm33 is R$ 20.00. No maximum limit is publicly defined — individual limits may be set based on the member's profile.
The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. The preferred withdrawal method is Pix, processed in under 5 minutes after approval. TED withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. mm33 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or withdrawals above certain amounts.
Members may only withdraw to payment methods registered in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. mm33 is not responsible for delays caused by restrictions imposed by the member's financial institution.
Mm33 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Using any bonus means you accept the specific conditions of that offer, in addition to the general rules outlined in this section.
Welcome Bonus: New members who make their first deposit via Pix receive a 100% bonus on the deposited amount, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically once the deposit is confirmed.
Rollover: The bonus balance is subject to a rollover requirement of 15x the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real money. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus requires R$ 1,500.00 in qualifying bets to be released.
Contribution by category:
The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Any unconverted bonus balance after this period is automatically cancelled. mm33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, use of multiple accounts, or betting patterns clearly designed to meet rollover requirements without real risk (commonly known as "arbing" or "bonus hunting").
Important: Each CPF is entitled to one welcome bonus over the lifetime of the account. Recurring promotions (weekly, monthly) are communicated by email and through the notifications area on the mm33 platform, with specific conditions stated at the time of each offer.
Sports Betting at mm33 covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, La Liga, and other leagues), MMA, UFC, basketball, volleyball, and other sports available on the platform.
Bet acceptance: A bet is considered accepted once the mm33 system issues a confirmation with a reference number. Pending bets without confirmation are not considered valid. mm33 may refuse or cancel any bet at any time before formal acceptance, particularly in cases of odds errors.
Odds errors: mm33 may void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (typographical errors, technically faulty feeds). In such cases, the full stake is returned to the member's balance. Bets won based on manifestly erroneous odds are considered null and void.
Cancelled or postponed events: If an event does not take place within 72 hours of its scheduled time, all bets on it are voided and stakes returned. If an event starts but is suspended before completion, bets follow the specific rules of each market — generally with full or partial refunds as determined by the organizing body.
Parlay bets: Each selection in a parlay bet is treated independently. If any selection is voided due to event cancellation, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining selections. The minimum stake for parlay bets is R$ 10.00 and the maximum number of selections is 10.
Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability during the event. mm33 may suspend live markets at any time for technical or operational reasons. Bets already confirmed remain valid.
The mm33 casino section includes slots, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, and crash games. All games are provided by certified suppliers and use an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent laboratories.
The RTPs (Return to Player) for all slots are published on the platform and reflect the values provided and audited by the game providers. RTP is a long-term statistical indicator and does not guarantee results in any individual session.
Technical failures: In the event of a software, hardware, or internet connection failure during a game round, mm33 will apply the following rules: (a) if the round was initiated and the result recorded on the servers, it is considered valid; (b) if the failure prevented the result from being recorded, the wagered amount is returned to the member's balance. mm33 is not responsible for connection or hardware failures on the member's end.
Live casino games: Live tables are operated in real time with professional dealers. Decisions made by the dealer are final and are not subject to appeal with mm33, except in cases of documented operational error confirmed by the system.
Mm33 reserves the right to remove or replace titles from the casino catalogue at any time, with prior notice to members where technically feasible.
The mm33 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression between tiers is determined by the accumulation of VIP points, which are credited automatically with every bet placed on the platform.
The standard earning rate is 5 VIP points for every R$ 10.00 wagered on qualifying Sports Betting or casino games. Games that contribute 0% toward bonus rollover generally also carry a reduced VIP point earning rate — check the specific conditions on the VIP Program page.
Level benefits include progressive monthly cashback (from 3% at Bronze to 20% at Diamond), special odds on selected events, exclusive weekly bonuses, and access to promotions unavailable to members outside the program.
Mm33 reserves the right to modify the benefits, progression criteria, and rules of the VIP Program with 14 days' prior notice to affected members. Accumulated VIP points have no direct monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash — only for the benefits described in the program.

If any prohibited practice is identified, the account may be immediately suspended, bonuses and pending balances cancelled, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required under Brazilian law.

Continued use of the mm33 platform after any changes take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date — in that case, your available balance will be processed for withdrawal under the conditions then in force.
